Dad Diaper Bags

I'm going to be writing a post on diaper bags for dads. I've found a few already but wanted to get input from the source. What do you like? Backpack? Messenger bag? Color? No color? Thanks!

    I had my own for our first... it was an olive green messenger style.  Currently, I use my wife's bag because with 2, we have more stuff to carry and her diaper bag is simply larger.

    My wife got me my own diaper bag, which I didn't want. I don't like diaper bags. I like to live dangerously, plus I can keep stuff in the car. "My" diaper bag became her diaper bag, while her diaper bag is this tank full of everything imaginable... that sits on the floor of the nursery because it's too big to go anywhere but on long car trips.

    Black all the way for color. Although, really, there's a point where you just need a bag, not a "diaper" bag.

    I have a backpack style one that we use mainly for travel.

    My wife has a Vera Bradley bag that is the primary diaper bag.

    We only got one diaper bag for our family and one for our MIL who is our primary care giver when we both work.  Both are brown, MIL ended up getting the first one we got since it was easier that way.  I bought the second one that is neutral.  Most of the time we don't even take it with us depending on where we are going and for how long.  It helps that MIL is a pack rat and if she knows that LO will be with us she will have toys and her diaper bag with her.

    DH chose a bright orange messenger style one from Dad Gear. The funny part is, he ended up with a diaper bag and I didn't. I never really found one I liked so we both ended up sharing it.

    pfffft, who has time to care about "does this bag make me look masculine?" we just use the same one. Saves money and time lol.

    I have a reputation to protect.  It has to have skulls on it.  All black.  Dangerous.
