  Well, it occurred to me that if I am having implantation bleeding, I'll probably have to wait a few days before I should test. Weak.

  I'm confused...are you 2 1/2 weeks late or you just had your period?

  could the spotting just be your period regulating, I had 3 within 6 weeks.

  I just had my period 2.5 weeks ago. I've been getting it pretty regularly for a few months now. Maybe I just got it again early. I was really surprised to see anything now. Oh, and it's brown, not red. Sorry, TMI. But it made me wonder if it's implantation bleeding.
  
  Anyway, I took a test and it was negative. I'm going to test again in a few days to be sure.
