Background a lot of FB friends don't know I'm pregnant. And SO and I aren't married yet. I don't know if that last part is important... I feel like maybe that's why I got this message though...

I agree with PP, I don't need to know about any co-worker, ex or not, and his/her fetish.
I'd personally block this person.
That is beyond creepy. I certainly am glad you wrote that he's an EX coworker.
No one should ever mention their fetishes to anyone other than a BF/SO/spouse/etc.
This is the part that really weirded me out (before getting to the fetish part, of course). Does he live nearby or do you see him often? Was he hoping for a video chat where you would show him your belly?

Diagnosed with Anti little c antibodies. DS1 7.11.11 - Anaemia and Jaundice. 10 days in the NICU, 1 exchange transfusion and 4 blood transfusions. DS2 29.8.13 - Anaemia 7 days in the NICU and 1 exchange transfusion. Both are now happy and healthy.hahahahahha

But yes, it's SO inappropriate. You could easily report him for sexual harassment. He's a moron for putting it in writing too.
