QOTD: we actually have a lot planned for once! Hanging with friends tonight and going dancing! And there is a festival tomorrow in our city with a wine and beer garden for memorial day which I am bumming over because I dont know if itd be ok for me to have a little since Im stimming. And then a birthday party on the lake tomorrow night!

I had my baseline monitoring appt this morning. My lining was a little thick the tech said. I didn't get AF after stopping BCP on 5/16. I hope this doesn't mean I'll be cancelled!!
Supposed to start follistim & menopur tonight.
QOTD: My cousin is getting married tomorrow and lots of out of town family will be in. Excited to see my sister coming in from Cali! Wish the weather would cooperate here!

Hello, Blooms! I hope everyone is having a good day - sending {{hugs}} to those who need them!
I had my baseline yesterday, and everything looks good! Starting follistim tonight, 200 units each evening. I spent an hour this morning playing with the pen and trying to figure it all out. I'm so excited to finally be stimming!!
QOTD: DH took the day off today, so we had a leisurely morning and are now getting started on some projects around the house. We'll be heading out to visit my parents on Sunday night for my dad's birthday, and I have my first monitoring appointment there in town on Monday morning. I'm just trying to take it easy this weekend!
ETA: So may of us start stims today! GL all around, and yay for cycle buddies!

this weekend we are celebrating birthdays! There always seem to be so many May birthdays. Tomorrow we will be eating crawfish and day drinking for a friends bday then up to the lake on Sunday for my moms bday. Hopefully we have some time for our DIY home improvement projects, too.

Starting Gonal F tonight! woohoo! I am so excited. It was so nice to finally have a positive RE appt with no cysts or high estrogen to worry about.
We are going to a comedy show tonight and then a baby shower picnic tomorrow afternoon. Not much else planned.

Started my second week of BCP today. I have my first baseline appointment June 7th.
This weekend, my SIL is getting married, and I'm her wedding coordinator. I'm excited that I have a 4 day weeekend!
I started BCP last night, and put in an order for my meds.
QOTD: I work Saturday and Monday, but Sunday we are going to a theme park for a rides-only visit in hopes that this will be my last chance to do so for a while. Everyone enjoy your weekend!

Update: hey ladies!! I'm on 2mg of Estrace three times a day and Lupron 5 units. Tuesday am I go in for a lining check s d bloodwork. As long as everything looks ok then we will be all good and ready for our transfer the following Tuesday, June 5th! So excited!!!!
QOTD: not too much going on here this weekend. My hubby is working all weekend and is on call Monday am and works Monday night. I'm actually starting summer classes on Monday afternoon as well. We are planning on Parade of Homes tonight and finishing up some yard work sometime over the next few days.
Unfortunately it looks like I won't be starting until July. I just got my beta back and it's 13.7 so there is no way AF is going to start in the next week. Ugh. I thought for sure it would be 0 by 4 weeks post d&c.

I've been in microdose lupron all week and I begin stims today. Had a bit of a stressful week at work so did my 1st round of acupuncture for this cycle yesterday. So good.
This weekend we're having a couple friends over and hitting a couple family parties. Mostly trying to stay low key.

April 2012: MRI- questionable cyst 8mg by 12mm in pituitary ; referred to RE by Ob-gyn after amenorrhea x 4+ months, provera ineffective, low estrogen level
cycle 1: May 2012, clomid 50mg; cycle cancelled, thin lining, no response
cycle 2: June 2012, femara 5mg; cycle cancelled, no response
cycle 3: July 2012, femara 7.5mg; cycle cancelled (largest folli on Cd12 & cd 16: 11, lining 4)
Repeat MRI July 25,2012- Cyst unchanged, likely old infarction.
Aug. 8: met with RE, move to injectables if HSG and SA normal
Aug. 23: HSG all clear; DH- perfect
Switched to a new RE in early Sept. IVF here we come
Genetic testing reveals: Fragile X- Intermediate risk/grey zone.
IVF#1: ER 11/30: 14 retrieved, 10 mature, 7 fertilized. E2 prior to trigger 5200. Decision made to freeze 6 embryos and transfer later due to OHSS.
IVF#1.2/FET #1: estrogen injects start 1/18, FET delayed to try to thicken lining. lining 5.4mm. FET- 2/18- transferred one 3AA expanded blast. BFP 5dp5dt. Beta #1- 2/27 9dp5dt- 102.27 beta #2 3/1: 147
FET # 2: endometrial scratch 5/6, added estrace vaginally and ASA to delestrogen and PIO. June 10- transferred one 4AA hatched embryo, BFP 4dp6dt, Beta 1 (9dp6dt) 187, Beta 2 (11dp6dt): 412; Beta 3 (15dp6dt ): 4452. U/S #1- one beautiful embryo with a heartbeat of 133 at 7 weeks. 8 weeks: heartbeat 156. EDD 2/26/2014: born 2-3-14 induced due to Pre-E and HELLP at 36w5d.
12/1: met with RE to discuss trying for #2
Still on Lupron, starting estrace tonight. Because as it turned out, I never received it with my previous shipment. Luckily they forwarded the rx to the local cvs, so I only missed this morning's dose.

Hi all
I just took my first bcp for our 1st cycle! Yay! Had my baseline labs and US done today. US showed at least 7 follicles on Right and 7 on left. Got a call that my FSH is high though
9.1. They do not think it will affect this cycle since I am on 28 but their cutoff is usually 8.1 at my clinic. Soooo I wait...Tues we will hear back from IVF team about our plan. Hoping for a good start 
QOTD We are getting together with my husbands parents and finally telling them about our IVF plans. We kept it all quiet until we were officially starting the process. SO that makes for a long weekend full of questions I am sure!
My meds came today. Finally. Dealing with that pharmacy about did me in! I've heard about the mass amounts of meds that come out of that box, but no one has ever warned about the amount of needles that accompany the meds! That's what freaked me out. 3 1-gallon bags, full of syringes. Wowzers.
QOTD: We have graduation parties for family to go to and a cook out on Monday planned. My husband is an Iraq vet, so he also marches in our local parade with our local American legion every year. We're pretty patriotic over here
