  • Yesterday I did a 55 min kickboxing video for 12 points. 

    I started out eating really good, and blew it by about 4 pm. I do this all the time.

    I think its because I don't eat enough during the day that I get into starvation mode.

    Today, I'm going to eat every couple hours.

  • Day 2 this week is down.. I've only got 2 more days left of the 30-day shred! Aside from my arms, I don't feel much shred going on though :(

    Winter - I hit that same wall around 3-4pm.. for me I think it's more boredom than anything though.

  • I think for me, it's gotta be some kind of glycemic index thing. Yesterday, I ate a cupcake and 2 chocolate covered granola bars. 

    Today, I'm going to beat it.

  • I took a walk yesterday and one today. I'm going to try to get a work out in too... We'll see. I'll check back in if it happens. I'm currently outside trying to fade my ridiculous tan line on my legs from capris lol

  • Also... I always blow healthy eating at night. I can eat wonderfully all day, but after dinner I want ice cream, chocolate, coffee, wine... anything lol

     Just like last week, I'm doing great on drinking enough water.  I've also tracked my food today and yesterday.  I really need to make more of an effort into getting some workouts in, though.

    Married to J since 5/05, Mommy to T (10/08), L (08/10) and C (02/13) who was born at home.
