Im asking for TP please. I'm in labor and delivery for preterm labor. DH and I have been here since 5 pm last night. They're trying to stop my labor but even with contraction stopping meds I'm having pretty strong contractions every 12 minutes. Thursday I was totally closed up, last night I was 2 cm and 90. They've been able to stop the dilation but not the contractions. Last night they gave me the steroids to develop LOs lungs and I have to get those for 48 hours. After that they'll reassess, but said if I'm still contracting this much they'll probably just stop trying to stop it. I'm 33w 1d and they said I'm on the edge because if i was 34 weeks they would prob just let me deliver now. Im tired from 17 hrs of contractions and no food... 31 hrs to go until the steroids are done. I decided not to use any pain meds, at 33 weeks LO will have enough to deal with, i dont want to add any other possibly stressers. It'll be a long couple of days.
