  • BFP warning

I'm in complete limbo and shock! I started red bleeding while using the bathroom last night figuring it was the start of af. Making early next week my appointment for monitoring and to start birth control. This morning I took a test, like I do every month and was shocked to see it turn positive! I took a second one of a different brand and it was positive too. Pure fear has kicked in as this is how my last Ivf that resulted in a pregnancy started, early red bleeding, and I miscarried. I immediately started pio shots this morning and my RE did a beta and p4 check. I am trying to stay calm. Next month was going to be my 4th and final attempt with Ivf. After 4 years of being off bc, 3 IUIs, 3 ivf's with two embryos transferred each time and one sticking and then miscarrying, and then having surgery to remove scar tissue, I never ever thought this would happen on its own. I will cautiously move over to paif or pgal if everything goes well with the betas. I hope I did not upset anyone with my post but I joined this cycle thinking this was my only shot and never would have I thought this was going to happen. Of course all I can think now is if this is a cp, will I be able to still do the June cycle at my doc office? IF is awful!!

    Wishing you all luck!

  • So excited to share this journey with you ladies!! We are waiting on Af, should arrive in the next week! Yay!

This weekend we are celebrating my bday with both of our families : and today we are on a mini road trip to see my sister in laws new baby she had this morning. That's a little depressing to see a kid get Prego so easily while we are waiting to spend all this money to get that chance...anyways that's my rant for the day : hope everyone has a great weekend!

  • My beta did exactly what we were hoping. It dropped from 217 to 33. So this means I can lift all those restrictions the methoxtrexate caused me to have! And it might mean I can actually be a Bloom! Hoping for AF to show in 2 3 weeks. Even though I'm still heartbroken about the m/c I feel like this is the first good news we've had in a month.

Since my restrictions are lifted, I am going to eat whatever I want, have some wine, and finally start working out again. Yay!

  • Hey ladies! I'm still waiting to see if I will be a June Bloom FET, but until I know more, I would love to check in with you all! Just finished ER on Wednesday, and I'm still recovering. So far, so good - no OHSS even though I had crazy high estrogen. I've been chugging electrolytes and eating high protein, so I think it helped.

QOTD: This weekend we will be taking it super easy and slow. I'm anxious to get back to work after three days off!

Thanks to golfrgal for making the cute badge!

Still just taking bcp and waiting for things to get started. I started listening to the circle + bloom meditations. I'm not sure why other than it gives me something to do other than just wait around. I tried it with two of my iui's and, clearly, it didn't really work, but they are relaxing! I also got the call from our pharmacy and HOLY CRAP! I knew it would be a lot, but to actually hear the number made me a little sick to my stomach! Although, I know it isn't as bad as some couple's bills.

QOTD: I'm hoping we're doing nothing at all! We've been running around all week and for the last few weekends, so it will be nice to just be home.

I hope everyone has a wonderful and relaxing weekend!!

“All I can say is, it's a sort of kinship, as though there is a family tree of grief. On this branch, the lost children, on this the suicided parents, here the beloved mentally ill siblings. When something terrible happens, you discover all of the sudden that you have a new set of relatives, people with whom you can speak in the shorthand of cousins.” ― Elizabeth McCracken

QOTD: I am way late posting to the check in because my weekend has been kind of busy. I went to a comedy show with friends on Friday, doctor and work on Saturday, and Sunday shopping for house stuff.
