Is anyone else not fitting into their clothes at all? I'm 5'8" and was about 149 before the pregnancy and am only at 150 (this was an end of the day weigh in too) but my boobs are up a cup size, like, really huge looking, and none of my jeans fit! I'm normally a 4-6 and just cannot button anything. Does this go away? Part of it is bloat but part I can definitely feel the firmness of my uterus. I'm ok with settling in to dresses for the summer but, I don't think of myself as a "tiny, going to show right away" person. Does this actually happen that people show this early? I'm sure they'll tell me more at my first OB appt Tuesday.
I haven't been able to fit into my pants for weeks. From what I remember, it doesn't go away, you just start getting bigger and bigger. Sorry!

I couldn't fit into any of my pants around 8-10 weeks and I was amazed, then all of a sudden I was less bloated and they fit again. Now, at 16 weeks, there is NO buttoning any of my pants!

Pre pregnancy I was 135 pounds and 5'8. Ive now gained 35 pounds to date, and 10 of those were in the first tri. Pretty much right away my clothes were tight, every body responds differently so try not too worry about it too much!

You're taller than I thought! I didn't think you were a shorty, but not 5'8"!
Despite not gaining any or minimal weight by my 12 week appt it would have been a joke to try and fit into my everyday jeans. I have a few pairs in the next size up that have saved me.
I'm guessing you have a long torso since you're 5'8." It might take you a while to get a good bump. I looked fatty for a long time before I popped in my first 2 pregnancies. Maybe at 6 months strangers would think I was pregnant and not just chubby? Maybe 7? I'm 5'10".
It really is different for everyone and every pregnancy though.
Thanks for all the responses! I'm not concerned about it because I know it's part of the process, I was just curious because I think people are going to start asking me if I'm pregnant at 9 weeks and my answer is yes, but not as far along as they'll be thinking, haha. It definitely looks like a baby bump.

The bloat gives way to a bump...but things may never fit how they did before...certainly not until weeks or months pp. Worth it, but still.

I noticed once I started actually showing the bloat did subside a bit but I still couldn't fit my old clothes which was expected.
