With all of the posts about pp weight loss or bodies not being the same, is there any interest in doing a fitness check in to keep each other in check with work outs and healthy eating? Weekly or twice a week or something? Anyone?
count me in! We are starting a weight loss competition at work and between that and being accountable to you ladies I might get to lose what I need/want to.
Me! I did well yestetday and even worked out but today I didn't have time for it and decided to end the evening with a couple of brownies...oops. Hopefully a check in will keep me accountable.
