I would definitely call your pediatrician. Diarrhea can be serious with young infants, and can lead to dehydration.

my LO's poop is always very watery which is perfectly normal for a breast fed baby according to our pedi.

This. My LOs poop consistently switches back and forth so I guess diarrhea is normal for us.
