Delayed after hysteroscopy today :(

Well, I'm trying not to turn into Debbie downer or get too bummed out 
...but I am definitely a bit sad and disappointed after our appointment today. I had my uterine cavity check (hysteroscopy) post D&E and somehow I grew an adhesion that has to be removed before we can go forward with a FET. You could see it pretty clearly and I an understand how that can't be in there - it lowers implantation rates and increases miscarriage rates.
So at a minimum, we will be delayed about 6 weeks on top of the 4 away from the FET we originally had planned on June 11. I'm assuming it'll probably be 10-12 weeks from now which feels like forever. I know it's not...but I feel like someone just moved the finish line and I was pacing nicely for 4 weeks from now and now I have to pace myself for 10-12 weeks from now.
On the upside, I have a little more time to shed a few pounds, I can relax a little and enjoy the summer I guess. I just really wanted to be pregnant before my EDD for our loss baby came on Aug 29th. It could still happen. But I'm starting to feel discouraged and unlucky.
Sorry, I know many of you have gone through so much more - years of this - but I guess this is just hitting me hard for some reason. Thanks for listening!

Appt with Urologist 5/21/12: exam, ultrasound, bloodwork all normal.
Testicular Biopsy with TESE on 6/8/12. good sperm found! (left side only) froze sperm, failed thaw test
Orientation for IVF/ICSI on 6/13/12. Waiting for the green light following biopsy results...results show adequate sperm production both sides.
2nd SA 6/18/12: sample is "adequate for ICSI"
Plan: IVF/ICSI July 2012!
ER: 7/26/12. 15 eggs retrieved, all mature.
TESE/TESA/aspiration from epididymis, no motile sperm found
froze all eggs, the saga of praying for good sperm continues.
8/3/12: 2nd opinion from MFI uro on biopsy slides. Suspects "partial late maturation arrest."
Plan: more SAs, third biopsy/TESE with frozen back-up either from DH or DS.
SA 8/17/12: Zero sperm
SA 8/23/12: Zero sperm
9/26/12: SPERM FOUND! 15 eggs thawed, 12 survived and were ICSI'd, only 3 fertilized normally. Refrozen as embies and will thaw in Nov. Please survive and grow!
All 3 survived the thaw on 11/15/12!

Thanks for all the support and kind words! On the upside, my procedure will be 2 weeks from today because they had a cancelation! So, that's probably about as good as it gets in terms of getting my insides fixed up quickly....I'll keep ya posted. Thanks again!

Hey I'm sorry that you've had a set back. But better to find out now and fix the problem than to suffer another loss.
Silver lining for me, as it looks like we might end up cycle buddies in July. (I mean if my hysteroscopy results don't delay me as well).
I went to a dietician recently. I told her I had repeat losses and failed attempt and that I wanted to prepare for next attempt. I told her I wanted to build up my Folic Acid supplies and general health in preparation.
Turns out she is an IVF success story and has a number of patients in the same situation. So anywho she put me on a plan and it's pretty simple easy plan so far, just some general guidelines. I'll reply to this post when I get home with the details if you want.
Nothing like eating pineapple cores etc, no wacky supplements.
I go back to the dietician in 2 weeks for a follow up and part 2 to the plan.
