I'll be honest: I never intended to nurse this long. A year sounded like ages and ages when we started... but somehow, here we are, with a nursing two year old wrapped over my pregnant belly.
Congrats WTG momma!! That is such an accomplishment! Is your LO getting any less interested in BF? I am really wanting to start TTC, but I am afraid my DS will stop cold turkey, and my goal is 2+ years.

If anything, he's been all over me this past week. It has ups and downs, but it always at least 3 times a day. My milk is still there, so that probably helps.
Congrats! When we first started BF'ing I absolutely hated it and didn't even think I'd make it another week, much less my original goal of 6 months. Now that it's going so much better, I anticipate going to at least a year and maybe longer if that's what DD wants.
PCOS with long, irregular cycles First round of Clomid in May 2012= BFP #1, DD born January 2013 BFP #2 in January 2014, DS born September 2014
I'm so impressed. My DS is 3 days younger than yours, and it felt like I nursed him forever when we stopped at 14 months. Kudos for making it to 2 years! Take a picture to remember it by
