If you load a picture to photobucket from your computer or phone you can right click on the pic and copy and paste. If you already have a picture on FB you can copy and paste those too. That seems to be the easiest methods for me.
I know you can also upload to tiny pic, copy the URL, click on the tree at the top of the message box and paste it there. It's a bit more confusing.
Seriously though, where do these AE's go to hide? It's been a while.
