Update yesterday's follow up ultrasound

First, I want to thank you all so much for the kind support yesterday.
Well, I went in for my follow up ultrasound and the tech starts looking and looking and pressing harder and harder. She says we will need to do a transvage. After a few mins she says we don't need to do a internal one. After a while she finally turns the screen to me, and right away I could see that little flicker! I could not believe it! I truly believed she was going to tell me nothing was there.
Heart rate was around 130 something and I'm measuring 6w4d which is a few days behind. After speaking with my Dr she advised me to be optimistic, but I know it is still so early and things can go wrong at any time, but right now I am so happy and relieved.
