condoms though H working about 70 hours a week plus SD being with us full time plus me working full time with a 6 month old is pretty effective in enforcing the abstinence method.
Used the mini pill with DS1, but I tried it for a week with DS2 and my boobs wouldn't respond to my pump so I stopped taking them. Could honestly have been a fluke though.
Pull out. This is what we did for years before deciding to get pregnant and it worked for us. We plan to have one more baby anyway so an accident would be ok with us. DH plans on getting snipped after number 2.

I should probably call my OBGYN though. I only pump twice a day and supplement with formula at night. DH would die if I got pregnant right now.

My ObGYN is pretty confident - says that mini pill + BF = normal pill, but don't even think of stopping the one!
