I think both are acceptable but most people tend to prefer Lila. I actually prefer Lilah. I think that with Lila people may mispronounce it Lee-la more often.

I prefer Lilah too, but I think all variants are probably equally recognizable/acceptable.
I think Lila. Or Lilah, which is another acceptable spelling. I prefer either of those to Lyla. The "y" thing is just so trendy and I think it doesn't look as nice.
We have a Lilah (with an H) and we get a ton of compliments on it. As far as spelling, they always ask how to once I say the name, regardless. So no matter what, you will be spelling it for people.
No one ever mispronounces it when they see it written down though.
I personally am not a fan of Lyla with a Y. Feels kinda "made up" to me.

I think they are both legit alternate spellings.
I don't want to confuse you but I prefer Lilah.
