How are you feeling? I'm feeling good! I've been having trouble sleeping in the last few days...I find myself wide awake before dawn so I've been trying to get to bed early!
How far along are you? 25 weeks
Do you have any news or appointment updates? I have my monthly appointment today. Yay!
Do you need any T&P's for anything? Just that my Dr doesn't yell at me for gaining 8lbs since my last visit!

Our last name is very German so we've looked at some German names and Lukas (German spelling) is one of our top boy names. We've also considered family names as MNs and lean towards classic names that aren't overly popular. Our goal is to have 2 top names per gender going to the hospital...so far we have 1 of the 4. I guess we have some work to do still!

Monthly appointment today and an extra u/s because my OB is awesome and said he may not be able to hear the HB with the Doppler so to ease my PGAL brain he said to have another u/s

That everything is great with LO and also for my friend who I found out is in in-patient treatment right now for PP depression

Haven't thought much about it but will probably re-visit the list we had with Corbin. If this baby is a boy I'd like to use Corbin as the middle name.

How are you feeling? At the risk of jinxing myself- I feel great. Physically, the 3rd tri has been a breeze.
How far along are you? 31 weeks
Do you have any news or appointment updates? I had my 3 hr GTT and 30 wk OB appt last Friday. I passed the GTT! Everything went great at my appt, so great news all around! Our shower is this weekend!
Do you need any T&P's for anything? For baby girl to keeping growing and for the safe travel of my friends/family to the shower.

Honoring culture or ethnicity? Unique names? Literature or art inspired? We chose the name Gemma Violet for our LO. Gemma is Italian and means precious as stone. DH is Italian, but was adopted by a non-Italian family. He has always wanted to know more about his "roots" and the Italian culture, which unfortunately his parents didn't necessarily encourage (they didn't discourage him either, I guess they just didn't give him much opportunity). His heritage is very important to him, so using an Italian name honors that. Her MN is in honor of my grandmother. Violet was her FN. We also looked for names that weren't terribly popular, but still easily recognizable.
How are you feeling? Feeling pretty good. My boobs are killing me and I had to wear a sports bra to bed last night. Other than that I'm just tired.

Do you have any news or appointment updates? Next appt is May 8th. Hoping DD is head down. Otherwise we'll have to start talking options.
Do you need any T&P's for anything? DD to be ready to go! I'd really like to avoid a RCS with 2 bigger girls in the house and a busy summer ahead.

The girls' first names are all just ones we've liked but not terribly popular. DD2 was easy since her fn was the other front runner for DD1's name. Our last name is very traditional Irish so DH asked for a more Irish/Gaelic sounding name for DD3.
Middle names are all family names. DD1's mn is the same as mine and my Grandma's. DD2's mn is my Great-grandmother and favorite Aunt's mn. DD3's mn will be DH's Grandma and Aunt's name. Aunt passed away of cancer in January.

How are you feeling? I've been feeling a little better the last few days, but just recently my boobs have started killing me. I've never had that before. I had to wear a sports bra today.

Do you need any T&P's for anything? That my appointment goes perfectly. I've been really nervous about everything. I'm praying that everything goes good and that my doctor can give me more answers to help me calm down.

How are you feeling? I feel great, however I have had some minor back pain in the evenings which makes getting comfortable a real treat.
How far along are you? 26w
Do you have any news or appointment updates? My next appointment is Monday. I haven't gained any weight yet, so I'm anxious to see how much I've really packed on in the last month. Love feeling baby more and more. She is having a dance party in my belly right now.

We are considering some family names, but all the girl names in our families are pretty boring. Having a super common name myself I'd like for her to not have 5 other people with the same name in her class. We both like Peyton, but it's kind of weird that people will assume it would be because of Peyton Manning (we're both big Colts fans) although I have liked the name for years before he was famous. We keep paging through a book of 100,000 names and ruling some out, but we still have a ways to go.

Feeling pretty good except for the varicose veins down below...they make it hard to walk.
How far along 37 weeks = full term!
Update had appointment yesterday. All is ok! The only thing is the veins are "pretty bad" but doc thinks it should not be in issue with delivery unless they get worse. So appt bext week and ultrasound in 2 weeks.
T P's that these veins don't get worse and don't interfere with delivery.
Name first name is original and starts with letter "E" like his brothers and middle name is someone in our family. ;
