I just got home from my first u/s.. There's a baby in there with a strong little heartbeat measuring to the exact day!!!!!! (yes, I needed that many exclamation marks)
Holy cow you guys, this has never happened before! Thanks for all the well wishes ladies, the universe must have heard you.
You guys should have seen me, I nearly sat up on the exam table when I saw something in the sac. All I could get out was, "Holy crap! There's something in there?!". It was super classy. DH actually cried when he saw the heartbeat, it only lasted two seconds but I saw it. Okay, I'll shut up now.
MnM- The necklace works. 
Oh and this is a P&R, we're going out to celebrate!
