Low supply?

I am a ftm and have possibly a dumb question. I ebf currently every 2 to 3 hours. I would always feel full and my breast would be firm. As of today they feel extremely soft not full. Did my supply lower or has my body adjusted? I still hear him swallow but I don't know if he was getting what he used to.

I'd say regulating. Mine never feel full anymore unless she sleeps for more than six hours or so (pretty rare for her), or if she only gets a chance to feed on one side before falling back to sleep at night.
Just keep an eye on the number of wet diapers if you are really concerned.
