I take a Rainbow Light women's multivitamin, with Iron. If I don't take it, I feel pretty sluggish (body used to years of prenatals)! In the winter, I add an extra vitamin C and zinc a couple of times a week.
I'm taking prenatals now because I'm pregnant, but when I'm not pregnant I only take C during the winter months to help me not get sick. I know I should probably take a multi-vitamin but I'm L-A-Z-Y.

I also take biotin, b6, flax seed oil, fish oil, chromium picolinate, and an inositol supplement. Basically anything that I read could help with the pco

B/G Twins born at 33 weeks. 2012: TTC #3, Round 2 of Letrozole w/TI = BFP, missed m/c at 8 1/2 wks. Currently on the bench as we make plans for a new home. Anxious to start TTC #3 within the next year!
