How long did you bleed, pp?

LO will be 3 weeks on Friday. I had a c section. I think that today I stopped bleeding... and I'm shocked that it has happened this fast, as I was told by many people that it would go on for upwards 4-6 weeks.
I'm still wearing pads because I'm nervous that it will come back and ruin clothes / sheets, but I'm wondering if maybe I'm really done?
