Luke had his 2mo. Appt today which went fabulous let me just say his pedi is a doll I wish I could take him home with me...haha Anyways! He told me today after noticing the CD that if I'm trying to be cautious of chemical exposure and such things he highly recommends avoiding drinking out of plastic bottles because they are finding BPA in breast milk! slowly turned my head to my bottle of SmartWater oops. Has anyone else heard of this? I have been cautious of so many things can't believe I missed something so obvious.
He also said reverse osmosis water is best, which is the only water I drink, because regular filtered water has a lot of hormones in it. Thoughts anyone?
I would be more careful about avoiding canned goods, especially tomatoes, and avoid handling receipts at stores. Receipts are often coated with BPA which is absorbed easily through skin, and cans are lined wit BPA which leaches into food. Just FYI. This i
