building a mini stash?

I am Ebf but am wondering how I can pump to build a mini stash for babysitters? Do I just add in a pump session sometime during the day to do this?? What do you ladies do?

    I pump between each feeding, I get about 1 6oz bag a day.

    A good time to pump is 30-60 min after LO first eats in the morning, typically you have more milk in the morning.  Getting around between .5 and 1 oz at that time is a good amount.

    I only pump once a day.  I do it after the first feed of the morning.  Typically it's around 5:30 or 6:00 ish.  It's enough to build a mini stash.  We also plan to give LO one bottle a week so that she doesn't refuse the bottle when we
