My name is Kasey and I'm a girl! : I also have 2 female friends named Casey. It used to be a "boy's name," back in the 70's when I was born, but it doesn't matter now. If you like it, use it!
Boy's name to me. I don't particularly like it on a girl, although I wouldn't side-eye it.

I think it is completely unisex. My first thought when it is spelled like that is a boy, but that is probably bc I grew up with a boy that spelled it that way. I had a sorority sister that spelled it that way and she is super girly and I never thought she
Re: Casey
I think of it as a boy name.

A friend of mine just had a little girl and named her Casey. I really think it works for boys and girls, although I think I like it better on boys.
I only like it spelled Casey. I really dislike the look Kasey and Kacie.
I know equal numbers of men with the name as I do women, but it is more of a boy's name, IMO.
