I got LO a little potty. LO pees over the front of the little potty every time he uses it. Has anybody found a better potty for this or do I just need to teach him to hold it down?

We used the point method. At first we'd hold it down for him while saying we point down. Now he does it by himself. Now we're dealing with he wants to stand to pee. It's everywhere. Shower curtain, floor, tub... Ugh.

We hold it down for DS. Pain right now, but he's learning to do what we do and it sure beats cleaning up pee every time he goes. When he's old enough to do it himself he will, for now we are sparing ourselves the trouble!

We had better luck with the ring that goes on a real toilet. Less mess, and he still uses it to poop now that he is potty trained.

We have this one and it works better than the other 3 or 4 we purchased. He does still have to kind of point it down, though.

We use the WeePod. Got it at Target. It's like a foam seat you place on top of the toilet. We love it because lo fits perfectly and the front part goes up high.

We have the frog potty by fisher priceI think. It has a high enough front that he doesn't pee over it. Very inexpensive at most big box stores.
