Could I be getting close?!

Last night, I was having a lot of braxton hicks and I was in target and doubled over. I could not stand up or walk.. And all i could say was ow ow ow. Then I got some shooting pains straight up my vagina. Could this mean I am getting close? I feel like she is going to come sooner then later..

    We can't see how far along you are w/o a ticker. There's lots of pressure and weird feeling at the end, but not all of it means that labor is imminent. But i

    I'm 41 weeks today and I have been having the same contractions and pains for 5 weeks or so....I just stopped reading into anything about a week ago haha. Hopefully it is a good sign for you!

    Sorry, but it sounds like it was just lightning crotch (the name pretty much describes how it feels).  It hurts like a B, but it doesn't mean labor is coming.  It's just another fun filled part of being pregnant.
