Can we move on?

I fully admit I just DD'd a post because I realized I shouldn't have put that out there for all to see.  

However, can we move on from the ickiness and uncomfortableness going on on here and talk about something different?  

I feel like a fatass today because I gained 7 pounds in 2 weeks at my appointment, but I know its likely just water weight since I've fluctuated up and down with big numbers for 3 appointments in a row right now.  However I will still likely eat my feelings tonight with ice cream.

    DX: PCOS/Recurrent losses/MTHFR mutation (compound hetero)
    5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
    3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
    IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS
    IVF #2 = BFP. Severe OHSS. 4 Drainings. TWINS!

    I have decided I am going to eat what I want (within reason) the rest of this pregnancy. The numbers on the scale keep going up whether I have a salad or a cupcake, so screw it I am having both.

    Also, I have been having a glass of red wine maybe

    Well ive consumed most of my house today to deal with the horrific pain in my back. The icecream really helped , atleast thats what i keep telling myself and the peanut m&Ms, those were glorifying

    I've been chowing down on Lemon Creme covered Almonds from Sprouts all day. I will keep eating them until the box is gone. :)

    When I check in at the OB's, they immediately ask me to "leave my sample" in the bathroom before proceeding to the waiting room.   After my 45 minute drive in, I'm always glad I dont have to wait until I'm called.

    I really don't care too much about the numbers, its just frustrating to see at once.  But I walk for 40-50 minutes usually 5 days a week and don't eat horrible, but not the greatest either.  So I know overall I'm healthy and am still just about
