I forgot to post about this!
The results are in:
Count: 89 million (last time he had it tested it was 10 mil and it has never been higher than 50 mil so I'm all smiles about that number!)
Motility: 56% (usually its always been around 50% so improvement is always good)
Morphology: 1% (BOOOOOOOOO! His have always been at 2% so this really bummed me out)
We have a follow up apt on April 16th after my surgery and everything to talk about where to go from here.
Anyone else in the crappy morph boat? I mean, I know none of his numbers are *good* but the other ones have gone up, which is good. Just hoping we can do IUI again (and it works
Re: SA Results
DH's morph last time around was kinda low and I got pg on our first IUI.The other numbers were all high so RE wasn't concerned.
This time the morph was about the same but h

We are in the same crappy morph boat but the supplements have worked wonders on count. It sounds like your DH has a great count now & 1% of a good number is a vast improvement. FX you get a bfp when surgery is done </P
DH's morph was 1% the two times it was tested (no morph with IUI). I think since your husband's total number doubled and the morph is cut in half it still leaves the same amount of perfect sperm. So you are no worse off than when you conceived yo

WOW-that is great news! With good count and motility I wouldn't worry as much about morph.

After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
Hey, Saraevh!
How did DH improve his numbers so greatly? We just found out that my husband has a varicocele and we were all set to do the surgery but got a surprise BFP.
But, I'd like to know your s

Congrats on the improved numbers.
My dh sometimes has counts as low as 20 million, motility has always been under 50% and his morph is as bad as it gets at 0%. So bad that Dr. Strawn told us we'd never have another healthy baby.
Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12
Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
