Okay, so my pedi said we can introduce rice cereal at 4 months... to be honest I haven't read the articles you ladies have posted (I'm lazy). But from what I've gleaned, rice cereal has no nutrition, and it can mess with the LO's stomach.
However, DS is on Enfamil A.R. (which is fortified with rice starch), and my pedi said to introduce cereal more for introducing texture. So if DS is already eating a form of rice, would it be so bad to feed him cereal at 4 months to introduce texture and get used to actually eating?

I would feed them real food and start with banana or avocado. Grains really aren't good for their little bellies. Just because it's in his formula doesn't mean it's the best thing for him, KWIM?
