We have the Gentle Giraffe On the Go. It lasts for 23 or 45 mins (we have it set to 45). We just use it for bed- we turn it on when we lay her down. She doesn't wake up when it goes off so we don't turn it back on.
Ours is on all night and on for all naps. It helps mask the noise I make. We just use a good old boombox (from DH's college days) and tune in to static.

We moved our Brookstone sound machine into LOs room and leave it on all night and during naps. We also use the Cloud b travel giraffe on the 23min setting when putting LO in his carseat as he's a bit impatient until the car starts going then falls asleep.
I have the homedics sound machine and projector. It's on ocean sound for naps and all night. It doubles as a sound machine for me since I can hear it through the monitor. :-)

We use the "Relax and Sleep" app on our android phones. He listens to the dishwasher and summer rain sounds you can mix and match with the app. We leave it on all night and use it for most naps too. It does mean one of us giving up our phones for the even

I loaded white noise on an iPod and bought LO a dock that lights up in calming colors. I keep it looped and play it for naps and bed. Once the noise starts he knows its sleep time. Getting him down is always easy it's keeping him asleep.
