another nap question...

I've finally gotten my 3.5 month baby girl to fall asleep in her crib.  The problem is her startle reflex keeps waking her up (and it doesn't in the rock n play or swing, probably because she is more snuggled in there).  Does anyone have any tips on how they've overcome this?  She is too big to swaddle at this point (breaks out).

    We used the Halo SwaddleMe Sleepsacks. I like them because he couldn't break out of them when we swaddled with arms in and I can still use them now with arms out to just tighten and five more security around the belly.
