Ground turkey recipes?

I like the idea of cooking with ground turkey, but am at a loss for how to use it. The only thing I make with it is meatloaf and it's not that great. IDEAS??

I use it to make tacos. I add a packet of lawry's taco seasoning.
I also make sloppy joes with it. Cook the meat with a 1/4 c. chopped onion until no longer pink. Add in 1/2 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. bbq sauce, 1 T. vinegar, 1 T. mustard and 1.5 tsp. W
I use it in anything that calls for ground beef. Tacos, spaghetti, lasagna, calzones, chili, etc. With my meatloaf, I use half ground turkey and half turkey sausage, I feel like it gives it better flavor.

mostly what you are missing is the fat from the beef - so you can add a little butter or oil to get some fat in there if you need or even chicken broth to add a little depth - but honestly, in most things, I really don't notice much of a diff
