Anyone dealing with this? Anything you've tried that helped? I had it most of my pregnancy too so I've been crying for a long time and I'm sick of it. I used to be called Pollyanna because I was always so perky. Now I'm more like Wednesday Adams.

I am severely. I'm taking Zoloft and some omega3 vitamins right now and going to do some counseling.

I have anxiety. Counseling was helpful for me.

What's counseling like? Was it awkward at first? I don't really dig telling strangers my feelings.

It was totally awkward at first but I really started to look forward to it. It didn't cure me but it helped me put things into perspective so I could manage the anxiety better and in some cases, prevent it.

That would probably be beneficial for me to learn ways to prevent it. I'm always so scared of something happening to DD.

I really liked therapy. My councilor gave me things like homework but were more like goals? That I had to do and they helped a lot. Taking really helps.
