Childbirth Classes

So I'm registering for the classes @ my hospital, but should I do April or May? I'm due 6/26.

    I would schedule in April. When I did my classes last time the teacher said that there are always a few people who don't complete it because they deliver before the class is complete. I would give yourselves a little buffer. Then you get your moneys worth

    Mine are every Monday in march and I'm due June 10. The earlier they are the more comfortable you may be. I sit in a plastic chair for two hours during ours

    Our Medical Group recommends finishing birthing classes no later than 7 months- so 2 months before your EDD. Our EDD is 6/21 and our day-long class is 4/21, so we're right on schedule.

    Ok sounds good. I'll go with April just to have it done. Idk why I've been dragging my feet on booking them.

    Mine starts next week (5 week class) and i'm dune june 3rd... i would do april so you don't have any pressure in those last weeks andyou have time to do further research, etc. on anything that is brought up that you would like to know more about.

    Is it just one day or several? Mine is a 8 hour one day class so I figure early May is ok for me.

    Mine is this weekend.  Its an all day affair.  I chose to do a class now because I can't imagine sitting through a 7 hour class being 8-9 months preggo!

    We're doing ours on a Sunday mid April and I'm due 6/1. Mainly just for scheduling reasons. I told DH if we waited too much earlier the baby would arrive and we would have NO idea. Trying to nail down a date was pretty difficult for us...

    Mine is an 8 hour class at the local hospital this Saturday. Then I'm taking infant care, breastfeeding and "milk production" classes in April (each is a 2 hr free class offered through our birth center).
