Hot flashes... my new nemesis

Within the last 2 weeks I swear I've been getting hot flashes at least once a day. I'll feel like I'm on fire, nauseated, or like I'm going to faint. It'll come out of nowhere and of course, always comes at the most inconvenient moment like when I'm standing in the grocery line, walking onto the metro, or at work. Then poof! It disappears 15 minutes later. Drives me nuts! I read that its just do to shifting hormone levels but its not fun at all. One of my least fav pregnancy symptoms of the third trimester. Tongue Tied

I've been getting them too. It's funny because all the women I work with on the 2nd floor have space heaters in their cubicles, and I have a huge box fan. Lol.
