Abdominal Cramps

Hey Im 35 weeks and am having some severe upper abdominal cramps. It feels like contractions and is happening about the same time frame as contractions would but are in my upper ab. Does anyone know what this could be? Or what I should do?

Yes, what PP said...but also drink some water, lay on your left side- or at least with your feet up until you talk with your doctor.
