Pump and dump:

So I guess 3 glasses of wine was one too many. I am probably making myself crazy bc I used a "alcohol test strip" to check but it says there's a bit too much in my system:. I EP so I am just wondering what people's experiences are with pumping and dumping. So I pump till empty a full 20 minutes. Or just a few minutes so I am not engorged and go to sleep. If D wakes up in the motn I can pump again then right?

    The couple times I pumped and dumped I did the full 20 mins I usually do.

    If you can wait than don't pump now. Alcohol goes through BM the same as it does your blood. Try testing again in an hour or two. If you have to pump I'd just pump a little, but only if you're feeling really full.


    This especially if you don't have a "stash".
