Going Home Outfit

I just can't decide on a coming home outfit for our little girl. My husband thinks I'm being ridiculous but my hormones are telling me that it's kind of a big deal.

Have you all picked something out? Care to share?

I share your H's viewpoint, but if its a big deal to you, then go nuts. Just keep in mind that newborns really like to be swaddled, so something that can still get wrapped up in a blanket before you leave/once you get home would be good.

We're Team Green, so just bringing a cute little neutral sleep n play and a knit hat. I think newborns are so freakin adorable in little SnP outfits - so snuggly!

My mom gave me the (0-3M) sleeper me and my sisters were brought home in, so hopefully that fits this LO. If not, I'm bringing a NB size onesie - nothing special, just a backup in case I have a tiny peanut of a baby.

I saw a carters sleep and play at Target and fell in love with it immediately. It was $7 and the first piece of clothing I bought her. It's what I plan to bring her home in. Got some booties and a cap to match. Personally I wouldn't go all out on an expensive frills outfit, but find something you like cause you know you will be taking some pictures.

My mom is knitting a hat for the baby to wear, so I'm waiting until I get it to pick out a coordinating outfit!

I couldn't decide between 2 outfits with DD so I brought both of them with me to the hospital. I haven't gotten my coming home outfit for baby brother yet, but I might go do that this weekend. It will likely be a little sleeper. I'm not big on "outfits" for little tiny newborns. I want them to be comfy and functional at all times.
