Today is the Day

In labor and delivery to be induced today, and apparently I have been having contractions regularly for the past hour on my own. Granted they are coming 8 to 10 mins apart, but hey it's a start.

    Do you mean you were not able to feel the contractions prior to going to L&D?

    No. I didn't really feel them. I didn't feel them when my midwife did the membrane strip either, and she kept telling me I was having a big contraction, but I didn't feel it. However after I posted this I have had at least two that I have REALLY felt, and I can say that I'm finally awake now. lol
