Our boys have, what I think, are strong classic middle names.
Ds #1 is J. Alexander G.
Ds #2 is N. Isaiah G.
For a possible third boy I need help. We have chosen Liam for a first name and we want to continue with the middle name starting with a vowel. Any suggestions?

Hmmm. Keep in mind that with the first and last name, you're almost certainly bound to spell a word with his initials. L.A.G., L.E.G., L.O.G., and L.U.G. are four possibilities. Do those bother you? The only option that wouldn't spell a word is an "i" name (L.I.G.).
If the intials bother you, you might want to consider a strong, classic middle name that does NOT start with a vowel. Maybe make it three or four syllables so it will match his brothers' names in that way.
