I'm browsing a site looking at cake ideas for my son's birthday -& here are some of the winners:

I couldn't believe these! There were plenty of what I would consider normal and correctly spelt names.

    Everyone worries about normal names being doubled in classrooms but at this rate the names we choose will be in the minority and there will be five Zakry's running around!

    "Zakry" looks like the cake decorators forgot a few letters. This can't honestly be the way someone would spell Zachary!! :(

    Actually, spelt is acceptable.  https://dictionary.reference.com/browse/spelt

    Actually, spelt is acceptable.  https://dictionary.reference.com/browse/spelt

    While it is technically acceptable, it is not widely used in the US and is frowned upon.  I just thought it ironic in a post on spelling ;)
