Monday - Buffalo Bill Chili w/ cornbread
Tuesday - Monday leftovers
Wednesday - Pork chops, baked sweet potato, spinach salad
Thursday - Pasta
Friday - eating out - I want hibachi
Monday: Salmon with scalloped potatoes and broccoli
Tuesday: Turkey tacos
Wednesday-Sunday: No idea
Monday - pasta & salad
Tuesday - Dinner at my MIL's for my husbands birthday - not sure whats for dinner.
Wednesday - Lobster cakes & salad
Thursday - Dinner w/ a friend - I havent decided what I am making yet
Friday - pizza & salad
Saturday - on my own for dinner so it will be something easy
Sunday - lots of snack foods while I watch the Daytona 500!
Pork tenderloin (w/soy caramel sauce), sweet potato fries, salad, apple blossoms and vanilla ice cream
Pasta arrabiata, salad
Lemon chicken, cheesy orzo, broccolini
Pork fried rice
Pizza and salad
Bkfast for dinner- TBD
M: Leftover lasagna, salad
Tu: Pierogies with peppers and onions, roasted broccoli, salad
W: Grilled beer can chicken and potatoes, some kind of veggie side
Th: Cheesy turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, some kind of veggie side
F: Spicy chicken tacos, Mexican corn, guacamole
Sa: Chicken and wild rice soup, salad
Su: Homemade pizza, veggies and dip
Monday - Walking Taco Bake and corn
Tuesday - Pizza (grocery shopping tonight so quick and easy) and broccoli
Wednesday - Baked Cheesy Ranch Chicken, rice, DD picks veggie
Thursday - I won't be home (Rascal Flatts concert with my mom!) But I've got the pork shops and gravy stuff already mixed in the freezer, so all I have to do is put it in the crockpot before I leave in the morning, and DH and DD and my brother will have dinner ready for them, plus mashed potatoes and corn
Friday - Cheeseburger and French Fry casserole, DD picks veggie
Saturday - I'm having a Slumber Party in the afternoon (think: sex toys, haha) so I'll be making some snakcs and finger food for that, so we will probably just eat that kind on stuff for dinner
Sunday - Mom's house :-)
