    I'm feeling under the weather today, so we're having sloppy joes and microwave veggies. If I hadn't thawed out meat yesterday, it would be a pizza night.

    I tried to get a little fancy for H so made some beef stroganoff, and cooked with some wine, it was soo hard and what a tease to not drink from the bottle...then just some asparagus and garlic bread, then choco covered strawberries later for dessert YUMMY.

    Asian style chicken salad (copying my favorite one from the Elephant Bar), copycat Cheesecake Factory buffalo blasts (they're like a combination of a mozzerella stick and buffalo chicken strip), a Love Potion mocktail, and cherry chocolate cheescake bites!

    I made chicken Parmesan, Cajun fettuccine Alfredo and mashed potatoes. Chocolate covered strawberries for dessert! All homemade.

    Mine's not very appetising. Jacket potato with avocado salad with cheese. The Belgian choc icecream for afters was delightful though
