I saw someone else post theirs so I went to grab my daughters' class valentine's day list to see what we were working with.
My favorites:
Jovi(DD)
Juliette (DD)
Sailer(g)
Caleb
Bowen(b)
Alexander
Asher
Hannah
Just okay names:
Marlee(g)
Brooke
William
Hollyn-(g) I didn't like it at first but I think it's interesting.
Skyler (b)
Jaylen- I thought about putting this on the favorite list but I think I feel that way just because I know the girl and she's sweet as pie. Before I knew her I wasn't a huge fan of the name.
Colby
Dislike list:
Axel
Eliza- I know it's a normal name I just don't like it.
Dresden
Esther
WDYT? Post your list if you have it!
Re: My daughters' class list. WDYT?

I side eye Dresden. Seriously, you call your kid (boy or girl?) after one of the most heavily bombarded cities in WWII? You think that's a pretty name!
Likes: Sailer (eek, don't know why!), Bowen (again, why??), Alexander, Asher, Brooke, Willian, Eliza, and Esther. In fact, LOVE Esther.
Dislikes: all the rest, haha!
And LOL to Oneicy in PP's post. That is one icy road! Hehe.
Axel, Eliza, and Esther are real (non made-up) names. They're all decent.
Sailer, is ridiculous. Hollyn is ridiculous.
Dresden is a city in Germany.
I've seen worse lists.

Overall I don't think it's awful, but Sailer, Hollyn, and Dresden are just silly. Marley (spelled this way) reminds me of the movie, but I wouldn't side eye it. I don't like the youneek Marlee spelling though.
I've just never been an Esther fan, either.
I butcher it every time. I'm not sure I've ever said it right in the 3 months DD has been in that class.
I don't side eye Dresden, I flat out bug-eye at it for that reason. What's next naming your kid Auschwitz?

I had to ask. O-nay-see. I absolutely positively do not see that pronunciation in that spelling. At least she's a sweet kid.
She's a girl?? I thought for sure that one was a boy. That one icy. Haha.
