It totally sucks. And with DS, they only got worse after the 45 minutes of pushing through the vaginal delivery. I have that in the back of my mind- ugh!
I will say, though, that apparently I had it easy because the day after having DS, the nurse came in to check on me and I told her my only discomfort was the hemis. She asked if I minded if she took a look, which of course I didn't mind at that point lol. She took a peak and was like "oh that's NOTHING!". I felt like they were horrible, so I can't imagine what some women go through!!!!

Yes. I have been dealing with interal hemorrhoids since week 14!! Its just ongoing treatment. I have a feeling they will no longer be internal after delivery.
Last week I could barely sit, walk or stand it was near unbearable.. After prescription cream and a few hot baths they finally got a smidge better.. If they are worse after delivery, I may freak out...
I've had internal this whole pregnancy, but finally having external. I can't sit, stand, walk or even lay down without it hurting. I have a doctor appt Thursday and if it doesn't ease up by then I'm going to ask my doc what else I can do.
I had internal ones before I got pregnant, luckily, they haven't bothered me until last week when it was painful to go to the bathroom and I noticed blood on the TP (TMI, sorry) I am not looking forward to them getting worse
Yes- a lot...mine are external and they were awful.. the day after I started using the prescription they were bleeding. I talked to my MIL who is a nurse and she said that bleeding was a good thing because they were draining as long as it didn't last too long or else I would have to go have them quarterized (sp.) I know TMI - I don't know how bad your bleeding is but apparently its kinda normal..
Yes, I bleed enough with mine to make the toilet water red. The doctor told me that it doesn't take money blood droplets to do that. I am not too uncomfortable, so I'm just taking it easy for now.
Funny story though (tmi?)- DS waltzed in the bathroom while I was going the other day (since privacy is a thing of the past lol). He wanted to flush for me when I was done and he goes "Bye poopoo! Bye blood!"

Yes I have them now and didn't when pregnant with DS. I did get them really bad after he was born though so I'm really afraid this time! They lasted a good 6 months so not looking forward to that again.
I have had them since my first pregnancy. I have internal and external and constipation is the worst. I have prescription cream but they don't seem to be getting any better. I hate the itching and pain.

I had to have a hemorrhoidectomy under general anesthesia BEFORE I even thought about having kids. The surgeon was baffled when I told him Id never been pregnant just bad genes I guess. I had an issue with them in tje beginning and then somehow went away. You have NO idea how thankfuk I am for that! Try pooping after a hemorrhoidectomy. My mom was there that night I pooped the first time after the surgery she's a long time nurse...she told me I could have a baby no problem lol!!! Best of luck ladies!!

I just recently started to have bleeding but the weird thing is they don't hurt. Maybe it's because they are internal.
