Most of you know my story and what is going on. My hcg levels jumped to 217 today. I took cytotec and had methotrexate injections and they did not work. This is pretty uncommon. I was called in for an u/s. My RE recommended a D&C right then and there. I seriously was freaking out. I had it done right there and I am back at work I am seriously amazed at myself. I am off for the next 10 days so I am sure I will crash later.
I don't feel great but will be ok. The MD was not confident after the D&C. My lining is still pretty thick. He thinks he saw the sack before the procedure and didn't see it after so I am hoping this is a good sign. If not, I will have to have more injections of methotrexate tomorrow before I leave for vacation. I just want to move on, this has been dragging almost a month now.

Fixing all my typos, I am still a little shakey.

TTC #2 since 2009 Have PCOS two close calls with letrozole and hcg trigger. Hoping 3rd time does the trick...

Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
