  The only names I can think of that meet your criteria are Adalyn and Avalyn. I can't think of any E names ending in -lyn besides the ones you've already mentioned.

  Is Averylyn Marie weird? I know it's a smoosh name, but I love the name Avery...Would you do it as Avery Lyn Marie (have 2 middle names or 2 first names)?

  These only end in sounds similar to "lyn", but I like Elaine, Eileen/Aileen, and Avalon.

  A friend just named her baby girl Emalyn...I liked it at first, but after seeing/saying it a bunch of times I really like it.  I prefer this spelling over Emmalyn for some reason...

  This is tough...  the only thing I could think off was Addalynn (probably plenty of variations on spelling for that one but I'm thinking of the pronunciation as "Madeline" without the "M".)  Good luck!!
