Let's post some pictures of our LOs' nurseries.
I'm so proud of DH for creating the perfect nursery for our daughter that I envisioned.

Thanks! Our crib took 10 weeks to come in so I was glad I ordered it early.
Your nursery really is beautiful! I wish we had been able to do something like that, but we are currently living in a rental so we really couldn't do much.
Will do something a bit more permanent once we move. Our nursery is currently a huge walk in closet that was in the master bedroom lol.
Glad to see I am not the only one who has a million baby girl clothes though lol! Was starting to think things went a bit overboard, but glad its not just me

The picture of your LO's closet has me feeling unprepared and a little panicked..... I need to go shopping!! My little boy needs more clothes!!
Thanks, but please don't feel unprepared, this baby has a ridiculous amount of clothes, some is my fault but she did get a ton of clothes at my showers.

I'll play. SO worked so hard this last weekend to finish it as we plan on sleeping the boys in here from the beginning.
Obviously I will remove the things from the cribs
Our bed rooms are very small in our house so we had to get creative with space.
Oh and lastly my favorite picture of the rocker with the lights off and room lit with the lamp! It just looks so cozy and ready to rock some babies!

We did a Super Mario Bro. theme. We used the sticky decals so that they can easily come off once LO decides he's too cool for Super Mario Bro.
I made those question mark shelves myself
I am not very crafty, so I was pretty proud of myself for doing that.
Once he is born, we will put his name above the crib too.
Ahh both of your nurseries are adorable.

All of these are so cute! I'll be sure to post something once we're done, but right now the room is painted (finally!) but is still set up like a guest bedroom since our baby furniture is not likely coming in for a few more weeks (although I'm hopeful!)
jersey1402 - I really like that shelf idea - can you explain it further? i would like my DH to make some book shelves in a similar fashion

My husband and I are kind of geeks, so we figured our kid is bound to have geek-like tendencies, lol. I think your room is absolutely gorgeous, fit for a princess! I love the chandelier!
BRU and there is one that is hanging in the closet. They were very affordable. Target also carries some but not in colors. BRU had tan, blue, pink and green. we love it!

2moms- what paint color did you use on the walls?
Please don't get me started as to why our nursery isn't even started yet.
we live in a small nyc apt. so we don't have a nursery...we will be co-sleeping for the first few months and then likely figure out how to use shelves to create a baby nook in another room.
for now, we have the baby zone against one wall of our bedroom:
the cats seem to think it's for them, though.
It's from Home Depot and called coastal vista. I don't remember the "brand" on the color but we did sateen behr paint. It's an awesome blue with a grey undertone. Not too bright and not too muted. Oh I found the number it's ul230 dash 6.
