Thank you all so much! We are stable right now. Still on the vent and I would really like to get her off so we can do more skin to skin. The couple of times we tried had traumatic endings for us both due to vent issues. It's hard because we don't know if her respiratory issues are because she's still 27w6d or because of the brain bleeds. But right now her breathing is the only "issue." I'm thankful for that, but I know there is still a lot of damage the bleeds can cause depending on what her brain does with the blood. We are still hoping to prove the doctors wrong!
I am wondering If we are crazy for thinking we can be the exception for level 4 bleeds rather than the rule, but right now I can't do anything else!
