help? Dilated cramps

Yesterday the doctor told me the babys head is very low im 2cm dilated. Since im 34 weeks 4 days I was put on bedrest. I was cramping last night but I thought it was just because he did an internal exam. I just woke up from a nap with bad period like cramps. I was thinking maybe its just round ligament pain. Should I call my doctor? I dont think this is labor but hey im a FTM idk lol

    It never hurts to call your OB and ask. Better safe then sorry I always say. If it will make you feel better then it's a win win. I hope you feel better

    I called she said not to come in. but she did ask me what I did today and I told her I walked around the store for 20 mins because it wasnt strict bed rest, I just cant work and lift things. But apparently now I cant walk anywhere either :( . She did say it was a good idea to call though.
